Wesley Farms offers a thoughtfully maintained community with a $500 buy-in fee and annual association dues of $300, due each January. Association dues help support the ongoing maintenance and operation of the neighborhood, including landscaping and electrical service for the neighborhood entrance sign, reserve funding, insurance coverage, common-area utilities, property taxes, retention pond and sidewalk maintenance, and association administrative, accounting, and tax-return expenses.
